Connie Dodrill

Connie Dodrill was born in Cripple Creek and graduated from Cripple Creek-Victor High School. She recently retired after 31 years as Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Cripple Creek, where she began enhancing residents' lives in 1994. Previously, Connie worked for the City of Aurora managing youth programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Parks and Recreation with a focus on sports and psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Known as "The Community Mobilizer," Connie excels at building resources, writing grants, team building, and data-driven decisions. She remains active in civic and leadership roles, continuing her commitment to community improvement.
