Advanced Life Support (ALS) Emergency Response:

SWTC EMS staffs 2 ALS level Ambulances 24 hours  a day to respond to our response area and help our partner agencies when needed.

Dedicated Event Standby:​

We provide dedicated event standby if staffing allows. There may be associated cost, please contact Director Murray at Director@swtcems.org or by phone at

No cost BP checks:

At the Cripple Creek Fire Department, 147 E Bennett Ave, between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm.

Community Paramedicine (Mobile Integrated Healthcare):

Ute Pass Regional Health Service District in partnership with South West Teller EMS and other community partners offers Community Paramedic services.  Community Paramedics work closely with your healthcare provider to support your health and increase your access to healthcare.  Community Paramedics respond to persons experiencing behavioral crisis such as suicidal thoughts or depression.  They also can provide urgent healthcare service in your home such as blood work, urinalysis, or treatment for urinary Tract Infections (UTI), ear infections, colds, flu, and COVID.
